1. Overview
Colorado Web Impressions is committed to transparent, fair, and professional business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds for all one-time and recurring services.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. One-Time Services (e.g., Website Design, SEO Setup, Audits)
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion or milestone delivery, per the agreement.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for completed work or services rendered.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion (minus administrative/setup costs).
If canceled after work has started, no refund will be issued for time or resources already invested.
All custom deliverables (websites, graphics, copywriting, SEO work, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
3. Monthly Recurring Services (e.g., SEO, Hosting, Maintenance, Ads)
Billing Terms:
Services are billed monthly in advance.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in writing with sufficient notice.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Email cancellation requests to: info@coloradowebimpressions.com.
Cancellations received after a billing cycle has begun are effective at the end of that cycle.
Refunds:
No prorated refunds are given for unused time in a billing cycle.
Pre-paid retainers or campaigns are non-refundable once launched or scheduled.
If you cancel mid-month, services will continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Scope Changes
If you request changes that significantly alter the scope of the original agreement, we reserve the right to:
Pause work until a revised agreement is signed
Charge additional fees
Adjust delivery timelines
What constitutes a “scope change” is determined solely by Colorado Web Impressions.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that:
You will not initiate chargebacks through your payment provider or bank.
Any billing concerns must be addressed with us directly for resolution.
Improper chargebacks may result in service termination and legal action.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Acts of war or terrorism
Internet or hosting outages
Platform outages (e.g., Google, Facebook)
Government regulations or pandemics
In such cases, we will communicate delays and reschedule services where possible.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a billing or service dispute arises, both parties agree to:
Attempt to resolve the issue in good faith through written communication
If unresolved, submit to jurisdiction in El Paso County, Colorado, under the laws of the State of Colorado
